This was another one of our projects that we have limited iPhone imagery of since it sold prior to being listed for sale on the market. In order to fully utilize the potential of this property, the first thing GDG did was consult with a structural engineer so we could reconfigure and move the stair. We designed and built a central staircase that created more fluidity for the layout. We also were able to add character by refinishing and repurposing old beams as decorative features that help to delineate the space throughout the home. We also added a large roof deck with stunning panoramic views in order to expand the outdoor space allotted for the home.
